Value Mission Statement
To provide the linking of design method and approach with the construction and project objectives. The link between design product and project objective is expected to always align, however without a clear control and agreement at the outset of project delivery, such alignment is not assured. The ability to assess the approach and have full commitment from the Designer and Contractor requires a manager who is appreciative of the obligations and limitations of each member. This agreement is readily understood and achieved, but needs to be implemented at the inception of the project. The benefits of such understanding will avoid the lost opportunities and rework that can otherwise result during the design phases.
It is this objective that is my mission - "Plan the Work and Work the Plan".
